Jason is a first-generation American, born and raised in Miami, FL, to Latin parents who immigrated to the United States in the 1970s. A devoted husband of nine years and proud father to two energetic boys, ages 5 and 7, Jason is deeply rooted in family values and community.

As a Principal at TCII, Jason has been instrumental in the company’s growth, scaling its portfolio from 300,000 square feet to over 2,000,000 square feet, with a current valuation exceeding $400 million. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jason has transformed TCII into a full-service real estate company, delivering exceptional value through enhanced customer service and strategic asset accumulation.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s in the Science of Real Estate, and a Master’s in International Business, all from the University of Florida. His dedication to excellence and innovation continues to drive TCII's success.
